Established over seventeen years ago, we are a growing Melbourne headquartered Software Consultancy with a core focus of delivering business-critical digital products to our clients. Our teams work alongside our customers to dissect their complex problems and convert them into value-driven solutions, combining innovative principles in development, design, analysis and quality automation. We utilise Design Thinking and Agile practices to rapidly create customer and business first software, testing and embracing new technologies and trends along the way.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Mentoring (project leads, BA/IM)

• Mentor Fabric project leads and other team members across multiple client engagements

• Champion best practices around agile delivery management in our delivery projects

Capability Development (Consulting, BA, Discovery)

• Internal development of BA/IM capability within Fabric

• Primary focus on the IM role - currently the lead delivery role on most Fabric engagements

Lead BA/IM/Delivery Lead (Key Engagements)

• Hands-on as a lead BA/IM/Delivery Lead in key engagements where depth of experience is required, in the initial stages of the engagement

• Look to bring up colleagues to hand-over, and mentor, rather than long running engagement.

Consulting

• Provide deep experience and trusted advice to our clients in the areas of organisational agile transformation and agile delivery management

• Take a lead role on Fabric Discovery engagements (Ideation/POC/Discovery)

Commercial

• Work with the Demand team on presales, producing proposals and Statements of Work that have a commercial benefit for Fabric and the Customer
