Key responsibilities

Our Senior Consltant become trusted advisors to our clients, working alongside other client stakeholders to ensure delivery and technical excellence. As a Fabric Senior Consultant, you will lead by example and work hands-on alongside your teammates on delivery - as well as providing high-level guidance and advice to our customers.

• Lead the Design team’s process and decision making including planning, prioritising, and scheduling.
• Lead and facilitate workshop sessions leveraging research and design thinking with multiple stakeholders.
• Balance our client’s business goals with customer needs and pains, market fit and technical feasibility.
• Translate customer insights into concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Run ethnographic and usability research, locally and remotely.
• Incorporate user research to iterate both concepts and existing products.
• Introduce trends and explore solutions across a variety of emerging technologies like AI, Machine Learning and IoT.
• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams including Business Analysts, Product Owners, Engineers and Corporate Executives.
• Articulate a product’s vision and communicate design rationales to clients and team members.
• Partner with engineering to ensure designs are properly implemented.
• Contribute to the team through knowledge sharing and mentoring other designers.
• Being an ambassador for Fabric, promoting our values and the practices we use to make sure we build the software right
• Participate in interviewing and recruitment based on business needs
• Generate thought leadership content relevant to your role to support our marketing department in social media activities and meetups
